I will be starting here topics on the World's Skyscrapers. I'm gonna be covering topics on history , reviews , observations , anything that has something to do with this topic.
Skyscrapers are very tall buildings or any man-made structures which can make you crane your neck back and look up in awe. Moreover, people of the trade apply the word to buildings with at least 20 stories high.
At present, the tallest skyscraper can be found in Taipei, Taiwan. It's called Taipei 101(second photo below).
But very soon, It will be eclipsed by another super tall skyscraper which is under construction in Dubai, UAE. It is scheduled for completion by end of 2008.It's called Burj Dubai (photo below).

There are a few skyscrapers projects being built right now, like the Freedom Tower in New York and the Shanghai World Finacial Center which is still under construction.
But still, Burj Dubai will be destined as the tallest building on earth once it is completed.
